Key Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist at OptimaAI, you’ll be integral in transforming raw data into valuable insights. Your work will enable businesses to make informed decisions through data-driven strategies and AI solutions.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights that will drive product development and business strategies.
Develop and deploy machine learning models for prediction, optimization, and decision-making.
Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to integrate data-driven solutions into our AI platform.
Build data pipelines and automated systems to streamline data collection and analysis.
Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations and reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI to improve and refine model performance.
Troubleshoot and improve the accuracy and efficiency of models over time.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Data Scientist who thrives on solving complex problems with data-driven solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, and relevant libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) and reporting.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and model validation.
Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and deliver actionable insights.
